These terms apply when you use baratiekitchen.com and order food from Baratie Kitchen, Shop No. 5, Jesem Food Street, No. 8, Ponnu Green Farms, Padur, Kelambakkam, Chennai 603103. FSSAI registration no. 22426077000817.

Ordering

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. We accept your order when it shows as received on the order page and in our kitchen. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or something looks wrong with the order. If that happens after you paid online, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. The bill shows the food total, packing, delivery charge and any discount before you pay. You can pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, or in cash to the rider. We do not store your card or UPI details. Razorpay handles them.

Delivery area

We deliver only within 10 km of Chettinad Hospital, Kelambakkam. The map on the order page checks this when you pin your address. See our delivery policy.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our kitchen handles seafood, egg, nuts, dairy, gluten and soy. If you have an allergy, tell us in the order note and call us before ordering. We cannot guarantee any dish is free of allergens.

Using the website

Please give correct details and do not misuse the site, for example by placing fake orders or trying to break it. We may change the menu, prices and these terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the change.
